I graduated from Towson University with a BFA in Digital Art & Design. I have experience in multiple mediums such as Illustration, Graphic Design, and Graphic Design. I specialize in illustration that integrates traditional and digital art together to create works using primarily line. My work evokes emotion using bold lines that contrasts the traditionally precise Eastern imagery and subject matter. My works suggests frailty and softness but in the same breath is often used to contrast hard and bold swaths of color. I prefer using black and white to highlight my use of line, playing between graphic pattern and texture. I’m greatly influenced by eastern culture and that is shown in my works and subject matter.

My current work is the enchanted forest, it is made using both traditional and Digital illustration. I first mapped out the general placement of the trees I finalized the content on paper using pen & ink. I then input it into the computer and used Photoshop to color and piece the illustrations together. I then use fine lines and small details to create movement and using colors to and help the eye flow through the piece.
